Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. In order to experience all aspects of the water treatment plant tour, you will be required to climb stairs.

The operators who will be leading the tour will share when you can take pictures throughout the tour.

There is a requirement for all visitors to wear enclosed shoes with a flat sole (Sneakers or boots) during the tour. Sandals, thongs and open toe shoes are not acceptable. Those who do not arrive wearing acceptable footwear will not be able to join the tour.

It is encouraged that all visitors wear long sleeve shirts and pants. Visitors will be provided a hi-vis vest to wear during the tour.

Yes. There are bathroom facilities on site. Please ask the operator taking the tour if you need to use these facilities.
