Pressure and flow test

Fire-service hydraulics specialists can request a pressure and flow test at the desired point of tapping before applying to connect fire services.

Fire services design should consider the fire authority (CFA) requirements for hydrant or other service locations.

How to apply

To apply, complete the application form.

With your application include a site plan with the desired connection location.

The fee for 2023/2024 is $320.80 (water services are GST exempt).

To submit your form:

• by email – scan the completed application form and email to property.services@lmw.vic.gov.au
• by mail – to our Mildura postal address
• in person – at our Mildura office during opening hours.

To pay the fee by credit card, contact us. We can’t process your application until the fee has been paid.
