Positions Available

CONTROL INTEGRATION AND PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR

Mildura

This position within Lower Murray Water’s Asset and Planning Division works within the
Engineering & Design team and is Primarily responsible for the Coordination, implementation
and day to day management of the Corporations SCADA control systems and related
electrical infrastructure.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

As a Control Integration and Performance Coordinator, you will thrive in our friendly,
collaborative culture. Reporting directly to the Manager Engineering and Design, you
will have substantial experience and detailed practical knowledge in planning,
design, documentation and construction of SCADA, automation/control,
instrumentation and related electrical systems. With a strong customer focus, you
will deliver LMW’s strategic and operational control systems requirements through
your people, communication, technical and project management skills and
implement and coordinate processes that will achieve continuous improvement of
Control Systems for Lower Murray Water.

MANAGER OF ENGINEERING & DESIGN

Mildura

This position within Lower Murray Water’s Asset and Planning Division manages a team of specialists in the design and development of projects for a large capital works program delivering rural and urban water infrastructure.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

As the Manager of Engineering and Design, you will thrive in our friendly, collaborative culture. Reporting directly to the Executive Manager Delivery, you will have substantial experience and detailed practical knowledge in Engineering design and Contract Management principles. With a strong customer focus, you will work at the interface between asset management and project delivery, requiring contract management and delivery of specialist engineering advice across the organisation.

TRAINEE – ASSET SYSTEMS SUPPORT OFFICER

This position within Lower Murray Water’s Asset and Planning Division works within the Strategic Asset Planning team and provides an opportunity for you to learn a variety of tasks associated with Asset Management and establish a career within Asset Management and the Water Industry.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

As the Trainee – Asset Systems Support Officer, you will thrive in our friendly, collaborative culture. Reporting directly to the Coordinator Asset Systems, you will have a genuine willingness to learn Asset and Works Management operations and an interest in the Water Industry.  You will have a strong customer focus, demonstrated ability in word processing, data input and spreadsheet application with a high degree of attention to detail.

PROGRAM AND PROJECTS MANAGER

Mildura

This position within Lower Murray Water’s Asset and Planning Division works within the Program Management team and is primarily responsible for managing the delivery of Infrastructure programs and projects within the Corporation’s capital works portfolio.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

As the Program and Projects Manager, you will thrive in our friendly, collaborative culture. Reporting directly to the Manager Program Management, you will have knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program and project management principles and overseeing works programs and projects in infrastructure businesses.  With a strong customer focus, you will be responsible for planning, construction, monitoring and reporting to ensure delivery according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.

WATER QUALITY TECHNOLOGIST (GRADUATE)

Mildura

This position within Lower Murray Water’s Operations Division works within the Water Quality team and is primarily responsible for development, implementation, maintenance and review of the Drinking Water Quality Management Plan (DWQMP).


WHAT YOU’LL BRING

As the Water Quality Technologist, you will thrive in our friendly, collaborative culture. Reporting directly to the Manager Water Quality and Regulation, you will have graduated within the last two years or expect to graduate in 2019 with a recognised engineering or science degree (preferred), demonstrated understanding of the principles of drinking water quality management, including knowledge and understanding of drinking water and other relevant legislation.
