Apply for a concession
Eligible concession card holders receive a 50 per cent deduction on water and sewerage charges.
To be eligible for a concession on your water bill, you need one of the following:
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Health Care Card
- Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card.
You will automatically receive a 50 per cent deduction on water and sewerage charges up to a yearly maximum of $381.41 for 2026–27. If you are only billed for a single service – for example, water only – you will receive 50 per cent off water charges up to a maximum of $190.71.
We retrospectively credit up to 12 months of deductions for eligible customers.
