UPDATE 3/11/2026 – Boil water advice rescinded for Red Cliffs Urban water customers

Urban water customers in Red Cliffs please note that the Boil Water Advice is now rescinded.

Water quality sampling has been undertaken across the system which shows the water meets drinking water quality standards.

You are now able to use the potable water for drinking and food preparation.

We thank you for your patience while we undertook repair works and followed the necessary water quality testing process.
