New Online Services for Customers Now Available
In late April 2026, we (LMW) successfully launched “My Account”, an online, self-serve portal for our customers.
In late April 2026, we (LMW) successfully launched “My Account”, an online, self-serve portal for our customers.
My Account provides customers with online access to water accounts and a range of services.
“We have listened to our community’s request for online services and My Account and eBills are a direct response to that feedback.” said Paul Northey, Managing Director, LMW.
“Our customers now have the online tools they need to manage water accounts, track usage, and view billing history – in their own time. Our business customers can also lodge and pay for service applications online too.”
“It’s also great to see our customers are calling LMW to opt in to receive eBills instead of paper bills via post. It’s been so popular some customers have had to wait a short while on hold, and we do apologise for that.”
“Customers, instead of calling, can email us at contactus@lmw.vic.gov.au or self-register. Customers can register securely at https://my.lmw.vic.gov.au and follow the creation process. (Customers will need their new account number from their latest paper bill as part of the registration)”
My Account services now available are:
- View bills and water usage
- Pay bills securely and instantly
- Change bank account details
- Set up direct debits
- Move out notifications
- Request hardship assistance
- Request payment arrangements
- Request concessions
- Submit requests for help
- Register for eBills (bills via email)
LMW acknowledges the tireless effort of our people and consultants (Infor, Allegra, Attura, Mosaic, ENZED and RPS) to launch the new billing system and customer portal.
