Leighton has over 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles with a broad range of experience in manufacturing, mining, construction materials and water industries.

Leighton holds a degree with Honours in Chemical Engineering and is a member of Engineers Australia. Leighton has completed post graduate study in Business Administration and has completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Management.

Since 2020 Leighton has been with Lower Murray Water in the Service Delivery and Operations leadership team. For 3 years Leighton was Senior Manager Service Delivery and currently holds the position of Senior Manager Operations.
