Update on our new billing system and customer portal

Lower Murray Water (LMW) is introducing a new billing system and customer portal designed to make it easier for you to manage your water account online, including the option to receive your water bill via email (eBill).

We are providing an update on the launch of the new billing system, which was previously expected to go live in January 2026 and is now anticipated in April, with the customer portal following in May 2026.

Introducing a new billing system and customer portal is a large and complex project. Taking additional time will help ensure a smooth transition and a positive experience for our customers.
