Kerang office – change to opening hours

Lower Murray Water (LMW) advises customers that our Kerang office will be temporarily closed from Monday 20 April to Friday 24 April.

We appreciate your understanding during this short period and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

From the week commencing Monday 27 April, the Kerang office will reopen with reduced hours:

• Wednesdays only
• 9am to 1pm.

This is a change from the current opening hours of 8:30am to 12:30pm, Monday – Friday.

Paying your bill

Customers can continue to manage their accounts and pay bills using the following options:

• BPAY
• Online via our website
• Direct debit
• In person at Australia Post.
