ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – LAND DEVELOPMENT

Limited Tenure – 2 Years

Mildura

ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER

Mildura

This position will work as part of the Strategic Asset Planning team with a focus on providing support and advocacy across all levels of the Corporation on environmental management issues and strategies.

Business Analyst

About the Position

This is a full-time contract position for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join the Lower Murray Water team in Mildura, Vic.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer your main responsibility will be to work with the CIO to develop and implement improvements to current business processes. You will work with various stakeholders both internal and external, to generate enthusiasm throughout the business.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Identifying potential or realised risks and issues and reporting these to the CIO;
  • Applying sound business analysis principles and practices to deliver planned outcomes;
  • Contributing to the planning of wider organisational business solutions; and

Working closely with all divisions of LMW to understand the needs and achieve results.

About You

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a dynamic and engaging individual who is adept at identifying issues and improving on processes.

To be considered for this position you will have substantial experience in a previous role where you gained detailed practical knowledge in Process mapping. You will exhibit highly developed knowledge and understanding of business analysis processes and their application.

Any experience gained within the water industry, Government sector or holding relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.

Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to influence and promote change within the organisation will be critical in this role, as will your ability to influence problem-solving where decisions have an organisation-wide impact.
