Our annual customer satisfaction surveys are your opportunity to let us know what we’re doing well and where we can improve.
Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. Your concerns, interests, and priorities are at the heart of our future planning.
The survey is being conducted by JWS Research, an independent market research agency and your individual responses will be anonymous and confidential.
