Our 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey begins today and runs from 13 November to 30 November.

Our annual customer satisfaction surveys are your opportunity to let us know what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. Your concerns, interests, and priorities are at the heart of our future planning.

The survey is being conducted by JWS Research, an independent market research agency and your individual responses will be anonymous and confidential.

A link to the survey has been sent to our customers via email. If you don’t currently receive our emails or text messages, update your details.
