Control Systems Specialist

Lower Murray Water (LMW) is a water corporation providing services to around 80,000 urban and rural customers along the Murray River. Our service region lies within the traditional lands of First Nations Peoples, starting from Barapa Barapa (Koondrook), travelling downstream along the Murray River through Latji Latji (Mildura) and flowing to Ngintait at the South Australian border. With over 200 staff located in and around Mildura, Swan Hill, Kerang and Robinvale, our vision is for a healthy, sustainable water future.

About the role:

As the Control Systems Specialist you will provide efficient and effective technical support services associated with LMW’s ICS infrastructure to ensure quality, continuous service and business needs are met, through innovation, compliance, and enhancing security practices.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Provide on-the-job training and support in ICS infrastructure to relevant people.
• Ensure adherence to goals and objectives associated with ICS infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, consistency, and efficiency in LMW systems, policies, and procedures.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships both internal and external.
• Ensure LMWs SCADA systems integrity and performance are maintained.

About you:

You will have relevant experience, knowledge, and qualifications, complemented by a desire to contribute to a successful delivery of vital water services.

Your experience and sound communication skills will support you in providing efficient and effective technical support services and, enable you to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplined team to achieve organisational objectives.
