Mildura – Part-Time Limited Tenure to 30 June 2026
Lower Murray Water (LMW) is a large regional organisation servicing diverse communities across the region, stretching from Kerang to the South Australian border. A unique organisation, LMW operates both urban and rural water businesses which support domestic and commercial customers from households through to large-scale irrigation operations. This is a limited tenure part time position for 32 hours a week at the Mildura Office until 30 June 2026
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide complex customer services to our customers
- Demonstrate attention to detail and analytical ability
- Case manage customer enquiries
- Identify opportunities for improvement, consistency, and efficiency across the
- Customer team
About you:
You might have a background in financial, property or legal administration or a complex customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have the following:
- An analytical mind
- High customer focus
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced agile environment
- Self-motivated and results orientated
