Stuart has over 20 years of senior management experience across not-for-profit, government and private sectors including the Employment & Training and News & Media Industries.

Stuart holds Advanced Diploma qualifications in Business Management and Occupational Health and Safety and as a proud Sunraysia local actively supports several local community groups in Board and volunteer roles.

Stuart joined LMW in 2020 leading the Land Development & Emergency Management functions whilst undertaking the Intelligent Water Networks Champions program. He looks forward to delivering the strategic and capital projects that support the Corporations and region’s long-term future.
