We understand the significant financial strain some individuals, families and businesses may be experiencing, and we are committed to supporting our customers during this challenging time.

The Lower Murray Water (LMW) Hardship Program identifies and assists vulnerable customers to manage their water costs and usage, offering flexible payment plans and assistance for eligible customers to apply for government financial assistance packages and rebates.

Assistance is confidential, tailored to customers’ needs and is not means-tested.
