Offices to reopen for face-to-face service
In line with Victorian Government public health advice, Lower Murray Water (LMW) closed its offices to the public in March 2020 and ceased face-to-face service to customers. During this period, all services were offered online and over the phone.
As coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions ease in Victoria, we are pleased to reopen our offices to the public from 8:30am Monday 4 January 2021.
Our customer service teams will be on site to assist you Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8:30am to 4:30pm at our Mildura and Swan Hill offices, and from 8:30am to 12:30pm at our Kerang office.
Our staff continue to adhere to COVIDSafe requirements, in line with the Victorian Government public health advice. Staff available on site may be limited, however all services remain available online and over the phone.
During this time, we request electronic payments only. Cheques will still be accepted however processing times may be delayed by up to two business days. No cash will be accepted at LMW offices.
If you need to make a cash payment, you may visit your nearest Australia Post outlet.
Customers, including plumbers and developers are still required to schedule an appointment for new developments or complex enquiries by contacting our Customer Teams on 03 5051 3400.
Contact tracing measures will be in place, please follow the instructions provided on arrival to sign-in.

Christmas office closure
Please note, our offices will be closed for business from midday Thursday 24 December 2020 and reopen 8:30am Monday 4 January 2021.

Water ordering system operators will be available to take orders from Tuesday 29 to Thursday 31 December between 8am and 4pm.
