EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION IN ROBINVALE
The Robinvale area experienced a power supply issues from the network provider earlier today, 8 January 2020.
Our rural customers encoutered a delay due to an outage at the pump station caused by the power supply issue.
Powercor have restored power to the Robinvale irrigation pump station at 9pm. We would like to thank Powercor for making LMW customers a priority in the restoration works.
Water can now be delivered to Robinvale rural customers with a current and valid water order only.
If Robinvale rural customers require a water order from today to be rescheduled, please contact the LMW Water Ordering Line on 03 5051 0795. This will be maned until 10pm tonight and from 8am tomorrow, 9 January 2020.
Compliance with valid water orders in will be critical to avoid a pump station shutdown in Robinvale.
Domestic & Stock customers in Robinvale are requested to please restrict water use to indoor, necessary use only, to enable the highest capacity to be available for rescheduled irrigation pumping, now power to the pump station has been restored.

Power was restored last night and has been sustained. No disruption to urban customers was experienced and rural water services are fully operational.
The LMW Operations Team worked with customers until late last night to reschedule water orders that were impacted by the external power supply interruption.
Following the external power supply interruption incident and the many rescheduled orders, Robinvale Domestic & Stock customers are requested to hold off outdoor use today so that the maximum volume of water is available for rescheduled irrigation orders and to avoid a system shutdown.
