In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring secure, reliable, and innovative operations across our business.

About the role
As the Control Systems Specialist, you will provide efficient and effective technical support services associated with LMW’s Industrial Control Systems (ICS) infrastructure to ensure quality, continuous service and business needs are met through innovation, compliance, and enhanced security practices. Your work will play a key role in maintaining secure, reliable, and innovative operations across our business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on-the-job training and support in ICS infrastructure to relevant people.
- Ensure adherence to goals and objectives associated with ICS infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, consistency, and efficiency in LMW systems, policies, and procedures.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships both internal and external.
- Ensure LMW’s SCADA systems integrity and performance are maintained and supported.
- Ensure LMW’s ICS infrastructure (PLCs, RTUs, Radios etc.) are maintained and supported.
- Support delivery of projects and ensure adherence to LMW standards are met.
About you
We’re looking for people who have:
- Relevant experience, knowledge, and qualifications in ICS infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplined team.
- A desire to contribute to the successful delivery of vital water services.
