Why have a Customer Consultative Committee?
Two-way communication between us and our customers is important to the development of a positive relationship, which is of mutual benefit to our customers and us. Each party is informed of the needs and expectations of the other, customer complaints and disputes are minimised and customers can be informed of proposed changes and their consequences. A Customer Consultative Committee provides an effective forum for this information exchange.
Customer Consultative Committee (urban) Expressions of Interest
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from urban customers to fill vacant positions on the Customer Consultative Committee (CCC).
You can register your interest by completing and returning an Expression of Interest form along with a statutory declaration. These forms are available below.
