Why have a Customer Consultative Committee?
Good information flows between us and our customers are important to the development of a positive relationship, which is of benefit to both our customers and us. Each party is informed of the needs and expectations of the other, customer complaints and disputes are minimised and customers can be informed of proposed changes and their consequences. A Customer Consultative Committee provides an effective forum for this information exchange.
Customer Consultative Committee Expressions of Interest
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EoI) from customers to fill the 8 vacant positions on the Customer Consultative Committee (CCC).
You can register your interest by completing and returning and EoI form along with a statutory declaration. These forms are available below.
Closing date for lodging an EoI is 5:00pm Friday 23 August 2019.
EoI’s can be lodged at our offices in Mildura, Swan Hill & Kerang during normal business hours or via email firstname.lastname@example.org
