Why
have a Customer Consultative Committee?
Good information flows between Lower Murray Water and its Customers
are important to the development of a positive relationship, which
is of benefit to both Lower Murray Water and its Customers. Each
party is informed of the needs and expectations of the other, Customer
complaints and disputes are minimised and Customers can be informed
of proposed changes and their consequences. A Customer Consultative
Committee provides an effective forum for this information exchange.
