Grants Relief Scheme
Customers who are holders of a concession
card who are unable to pay their bill because of a temporary
financial crisis may qualify for a once off grant from the
Department of Human Service's Utility Grants Relief Scheme.
You will need to show that unexpected hardship has left you
unable to pay your bill without assistance. Please contact
us at any Lower Murray Water Office if you would like further
