When Accounts are Sent
Accounts are sent by mail to your postal address.

Accounts are issued quarterly in July, October, January and April for:
  • Water and Sewerage service charges,
  • Water by Measure (consumption) charges.

Payments are required within 28 days. Each account will have a due date which is the final day the account must be paid by.

Scheme Contributions
If you are paying a contribution by instalments, for most schemes a quarterly account is issued, at the same time as for tariffs (see above).
Payments are required by the due date as specified on the account, normally the last week for the quarters ending September, December, March and June.
If the instalment is not paid, interest will be calculated on the total outstanding.
