Lower Murray Water delivers clean, fresh drinking water to your taps and takes away wastewater, treating it and then returning it safely to the environment.

Rural

LMW delivers irrigation water to customers in the Red Cliffs, Merbein, Robinvale and Mildura Irrigation Districts. We also licence private diversion from the River Murray and provide stock and domestic supplies to cusotmers in the Millewa Rural District.

Living Victoria Water Rebate Program

The Victorian Government’s new Living Victoria Water Rebate Program rewards Victorians for their efforts to be water efficient around the home, garden and small business by providing rebates on a range of water efficient products and appliances.

Home and garden rebates under the Living Victoria Water Rebate Program are now being extended to all Victorian households (including those that are self supplied and not connected to a reticulated water supply). Additionally, there are two new products included in the program. These are washing machines with a 5 star water (WELS rated) and 4 star energy rating (available until 30 June 2012), and pool covers with a roller or reel for the cover. Rebates are available for products purchased and installed between 1 July 2011 and 30 June 2013.

Rebates are now also available for small businesses connected to a reticulated water supply that have 20 or less employees to improve the water efficiency of their business. Small businesses are eligible to receive a one-off rebate of up to $2000 for the purchase and implementation of a range of products, appliances and services as set out in an approved schedule. Small business rebates are available for products purchased and installed between 19 July 2011 and 30 June 2013.
