Contractors - Occupational Health and Safety related forms

Lower Murray Water is committed to providing and maintaining, so far as is reasonably practicable, a working environment that is safe and without risks to health for Staff, Contractors, Customers, Visitors, and the Community.  LMW's obligation under the OHS Act 2004 includes the management of contractor OHS.

In recognising this, we aim to work with our contractors and assist them with where we can in relation to providing the forms required of them(for the works they are performing) and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant OHS Codes of Practice and Regulations.

Forms available are WorkSafe templates, a sample OHS policy, Toolbox meeting form and Injury Report form.  These can be downloaded and your details inserted into them.
